So, I'm a remote worker and With a population of 19,974, Whitehall is a small town. The median home value here is around $138,700, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 6.7%, which is concerning. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? Appreciate any input.
