Whiteman AFB, MO Community

Is Whiteman AFB a good place to live?

First post here. I'm single, late 30s, and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? TIA! I'd say it's better...
