How much do you pay for rent in Whitewater?

Hey folks, Median household income is $49,000, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a small town city with about 15,705 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The public transit is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Came here for retirement and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The school system is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
