Hey, I'm originally from Indianapolis and Homes are going for about $299,700 on average. The median home value here is around $299,700, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,477/month for a decent place. Median household income is $63,480, which feels about average for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
