Studio apartments in Whitney -options?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 46,268 people. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The public transit is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
