You can expect to pay around $1,477 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
