Just moved to Wichita Falls, any tips?

Hi all, I'm a remote worker and It's a a mid-size city city with about 103K people. With a population of 103K, Wichita Falls is a mid-size city. You can expect to pay around $978 for rent here. Poverty rate is 12.0%, which is around average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
