OK so Been living here since 2022. You can expect to pay around $978 for rent here. Poverty rate is 12.0%, which is around average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
