Relocating to Wichita Falls, TX -pros and cons?

Curious what people think. Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -Wichita Falls sits at 348.2 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much wild but now it's underrated.
