Wichita Falls is underrated, change my mind
I'm a teacher here and Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Downtown. It's better than expected for what you get.
Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in construction. If you're in construction you might struggle.
People: Generally tough. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Mexican.
Would recommend to anyone considering it..
