Housing in Wickenburg compared to Denver

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $449,400 on average. Median household income is $65,253, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Wickenburg sits at 241.0 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
