Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $158,400 on average. It's a a small town city with about 12,639 people. Household incomes average around $79,052 in Wickliffe. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Wickliffe? Any help is appreciated. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
