Pros and cons of Wilber after 8 years

Longtime lurker here, Crime rate is something to consider -Wilber sits at 53.3 per 100K. Homes are going for about $154,700 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Any help is appreciated. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
