Curious what people think. Just moved here 16 months ago and The median home value here is around $511,900, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $95,677, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Wildomar sits at 160.8 per 100K. Poverty rate is 12.0%, which is around average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
