Why I chose Wildomar over bigger cities

So, I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value weather, you'll love it. The traffic is genuinely average and I've found I love the pace of life here. My neighborhood (Pine Hills) is competitive and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Denver, be prepared for the culture shock. outdoor recreation is completely different here. And Summers can be brutally hot.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
