Wildomar vs Kansas City -which is better?

Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Wildomar sits at 160.8 per 100K. The median home value here is around $511,900, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 12.0%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 7 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
