Worst things about Wildomar nobody talks about

I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $511,900 on average. The median home value here is around $511,900, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 15 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 7 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
