Hello, Been living here since 2019. Homes are going for about $419,700 on average. Median household income is $71,858, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 16,739 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. Cheers. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.
