Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 50s, and Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,575/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $157,750 in Wildwood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Bought a house here in 2023 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Midtown area are excellent. Kids love it here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
