Is Wildwood getting better or worse?

So, I'm a 41-year-old marketing manager and Homes are going for about $472,800 on average. Rent is about $1,575/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
