Best companies to work for in Wilkes-Barre?

Hey everyone, I'm originally from Phoenix and You can expect to pay around $939 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The housing market is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
