OK so Just moved here 11 months ago and The unemployment rate is 6.0%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $140,300 on average. Poverty rate is 15.5%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
