Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from New York about 6 years ago. The main reasons were work and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Close to major attractions
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are developing, gas is excellent.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 3 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
