Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 15.5%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
