OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Willards sits at 65.5 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,537 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to.
