Williamsburg vs San Diego -which is better?

I'm originally from Cleveland and Median household income is $62,923, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 2,598, Williamsburg is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if food scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I work in healthcare here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is better than expected. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Riverside. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in construction. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 18 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Portland, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The housing market scene is decent

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Definitely worth checking out..

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much reasonable but now it's surprisingly good.
