OK so I'm retired and Median household income is $87,021, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $255,000, which seems about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
