First post here. I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,262 for rent here. The median home value here is around $255,000, which seems about average. Median household income is $87,021, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
