Honest thoughts on life in Willimantic

Alright, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 21.9%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great.   It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
