How is Williston Highlands for outdoor activities?

Median household income is $69,249, which feels about average for the area. What would you do? TIA!

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Phoenix it's underrated.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 9 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from Dallas about 11 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Diverse dining options
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are pricey, gas is average.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Good luck with whatever you decide..
