OK so I'm a 32-year-old writer and The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 42--F, so bundle up in winter. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs? TIA! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
