Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $84,309 in Williston. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $262,700 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
