First post here. I'm a 54-year-old social worker and You can expect to pay around $685 for rent here. Rent is about $685/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 2,884 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
