OK so Crime rate is something to consider -Willmar sits at 426.7 per 100K. With a population of 21,136, Willmar is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
