Best industries in Willmar right now

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Willmar sits at 426.7 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 21,136 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots?

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much wild but now it's underrated.
