What surprised you most about Willmar?

Been meaning to ask this. With a population of 21,136, Willmar is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The dating scene is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
