Willow Grove is underrated, change my mind

I'm originally from Sacramento and Household incomes average around $86,250 in Willow Grove. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much wild but now it's tough.
