Anyone regret moving to Willow Street?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 10,010, Willow Street is a small town. Rent is about $2,453/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
