Cost of living reality check -Willow Street

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $106,867 in Willow Street. With a population of 10,010, Willow Street is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 2 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into running, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
