Willow Street in the winter -how bad?

Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $298,200 on average. Rent is about $2,453/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Chicago it's better than expected.

I work in real estate here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is average. Definitely worth checking out..
