OK so Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $802,200, which is pretty steep. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
