Best neighborhoods to rent in Wilmington?

Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $55,269, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Wilmington sits at 1,498.1 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up.
