Job hunting in Wilmington Island -tips?

Just moved here 3 months ago and Homes are going for about $361,600 on average. Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $361,600, which seems about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
