Hey, I'm originally from Boston and You can expect to pay around $1,120 for rent here. The median home value here is around $220,400, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $72,346, which feels about average for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
