Should I move to Wilmington or stay in Cincinnati?
So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 12,637 people. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thanks! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Chicago it's better than expected.

I work in education here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is decent. Hope this helps!.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Maple Ridge. It's pretty good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in construction. If you're in marketing you might struggle.
People: Generally improving. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like seafood.
