Working remotely from Wilton

I've been here for 11 years and Rent is about $1,378/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a lawyer who relocated here from Dallas about 3 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Decent public transit for the size
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are growing, gas is decent.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. Happy to answer more specific questions..
