Best and worst neighborhoods in Wimauma

First post here. It's a a small town city with about 13,003 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much affordable but now it's hit or miss.
