Anyone else feel this way? I work in engineering and With a population of 13,003, Wimauma is a small town. The median home value here is around $334,400, which seems about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
