Starting a business in Winchester?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Winchester sits at 236.5 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
