Longtime lurker here, The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $867 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
